 You need a car to stay there. Driving instructions for finding the hotel are quite poor. Very limited breakfast (not a buffet), so it is nice to have the groceries shop in the same house. Rooms are quite old-fashioned, but clean. - 21-Aug-2007 Excellent rooms for the price. The directions they give from the airport need improving. It is in a semi industrial area but easy to get around to the many beaches to the north. Refuse collecting at mid-night is a surprise and very noisy.
Good food available in the hotel restaurant.- 07-Aug-2007 Superior double rooms like attic rooms with only a Velux roof window. bathrooms similar. Below average three star accommodation. Limited english spoken so basic knowledge of spanish language helpful. Semi rural location requiring 20 minuite car drive to Santander town and main beaches. Local resaurants limited, the nearest 10 minutes walk. Srongly recommend paying slightly more per night for Santander main beach location.- 26-Jul-2007 |
