More than a conference and function venue, the Charsfield Boutique Hotel offers the convenience of a central location combined with the ambience of a historic mansion. The boardroom can accommodate up to 14 people while the conference room can cater up to 40 delegates for your functions and product launches. During leisure, you can either workout in the gymnasium or relax in the beautifully appointed reading room.

 We have stayed here a number of times and really love this hotel. Our latest visit was two weeks in early December 2007.
The hotel is thoroughly charming and very relaxing (home away from home). The rooms are fairly basic, but are a really good size and very comfortable. The staff are excellent, the restaurant is surprisingly good and the onsite parking (limited) was extremely useful.
The hotel is well located on lovely StKilda road (outside the city CBD - halfway between the city and StKilda). Depending on the time of day it is 5 - 10 minutes by car/tram into the city.
- 20-Dec-2007 Hotel room is so clean and confortable to stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and they have hospitality for the guest. There aren't many facilities like Gym/Pool/etc than other larger hotel, but I think many of the people satisfy their services. I'd like to stay their when I visit Melbourne next time and recommend the people who like classic style hotel. - 23-Nov-2006 We absolutely loved this hotel. Only 5 minutes by tram to the city centre (and you can pick up an all day tram pass from reception). The hotel is gorgeous, complete with bar/restaurant, reading room and billiards table. The rooms were very clean, service was exceptional and the staff are fantastic! Very helpful, very friendly. We plan to stay there when we go back, and in the meantime we plan to tell everyone about how great the Charsfield is as a place to stay in Melbourne.- 23-Nov-2006 |
