 I spend at Charles Hotel Beirut 3 nights from 21.07.2009 to 24.07.2009. In beginning they gave me room no. 401 when I went to the room I found people inside the room I went back to the reception and they change the room to very dirty room.
the carpet very dirty the furniture quite old the bath room small no A.C. at the corridor u feel it's humidity at the corridor small T.V. no enough lights in the room every time the electricity cut and game back u have to switch on again the A.C. all night and day it's the same- 27-Jul-2009 Very clean and central hotel. the rooms a very well sized and comfortable.
