 Very good location, just 50 meters from Charles Bridge, and on the left bank of the Vltava river, which is more interesting and less touristic. Rooms are large and comfortable with big windows and lots of light - no air conditioning though. The hotel functions as a residence hotel, hence there is no actual reception. A grocery shop across the street is a bonus. Staff is friendly and the breakfast served at the nearby restaurant Q is satisfactory. All in all, a great deal for 100 euros per night in May.- 20-May-2007 The hotel is only rooms; even reception is an exchange booth next door to the building, which is only open from 8 to 20:30. The location is fantastic, not only for Charles Bridge and the excitement of its crowds, but for the very nice restaurants that are located nearby. The breakfast, which is served at a restaurant nearby, is quite good, although the selections are limited, so that, if you are there for many days, it becomes a bit repetitive. Beds are very comfortable.- 23-Nov-2006 The Charles Bridge Hotel was in an excellent location. Approx. 100m from the bridge. I would have given all very good except there was no lift in the hotel and my room was on the fourth floor. A bit of a hike. Although the room was very nice once reaching the floor.- 08-Oct-2006 |
