 After I made my reservation I read a couple of the hotel reviews that were available on the internet. They were quite bad, referring to it as the "Hotel from hell." Naturally, I was quite concerned. I was actually quite relieved when we stayed there. It wasn't great, but it was acceptable and convenient. The staff were helpful if not overly friendly. The location was good for connection to Heathrow and the price was only mildly outrageous by UK standards.- 03-Sep-2008 The Hotel was clean and cheap but it was a tiny room and the shower was very old and virtually past its use by date! So bad that we didn't use it!
