 A very competitively priced hotel which, although not in the centre of Manchester, was very well provided by the local bus services. The room was clean and adequate for my needs, breakfast was tasty and waiting staff were efficient and friendly. Once it has wi-fi access in the bedrooms, it will provide everything a business traveller needs.- 03-Nov-2008 It is a nicely located hotel, our room was very quiet which we enjoyed, but the one thing which stands out from everything else was the staff. From the moment we arrived there, nothing was too much trouble, if they could help, they would go out of their way to.
I can honestly say, after many, many years of staying in hotels,that the staff in the Chancellors are the best by far of any other place I know.One young lady in particular was more than helpful to my wife and I but she works only to sunday at three, I failed to remember her name. They were all very pleasant from the moment we walked in from the duty manager to the cleaning staff.
