 I choose this hotel based on location, availability of fitness center, sauna and massage facilities.
In fact I give "very bad" appreciation on facilities because fitness center, sauna and massage are closed. So in that case the pricing is much too high.- 13-Nov-2007 Twin room was compact & clean. Due to early departure, we were provided with sandwiches as breakfast room opens as 7AM. Reception staff utmost helpful to instruct taxi drivers in Korean. Good English spoken in coffee shop as well as in Korean restaurant. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. Easy access to airport busses from nearby Express Bus Terminal (5min by taxi).- 15-Nov-2004 The front desk staff were very efficient, though I complained to the Manager about the service and food in the coffee shop - one dish I ordered had not been properly thawed out before serving! Written apology received from Manager about this matter. Reasonably quiet - although considerable inter-room noise at night through ventilation shafts! Business Center basic - and air-conditioning not efficient so rooms were stuffy. Would go back there largely due to price and location.- 12-May-2003 |
