 I booked this online and was worried about its location and its general condition as it wasnt expensive at all, but everything was great! the location was spot on, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral and thats walking really slow! more importantly though it was clean so what more could you want? - 10-Mar-2008 I was very disappointed. A lot of noise from the gate on the ground floor opening and closing all day and night . We could hear every word from the room next to us. It was very cold in the room. The sink and toilet in the bathroom was a part of the shower which meant that the whole bathroom was wet after a shower. And it was expencive compared to f ex a double room incl bath in Madrid near Plaza Major which cost us the same but was great. I will never choose Centro Hotel Florence again. - 30-Oct-2007 Do not let them put you on the first floor - especially room 103. if you are in room 103 you will not sleep at all and will be the same as if your bed was actually outside in the middle of the street. unbelievably noisy. i complained and was moved upstairs the next night and it was 100% better.
