 Armchair in common area on 2nd floor very worn need to be replaced. At breakfast had to ask for toast 3 times and it was the same for other guests. Hotel is in a great location for shopping between Grafton ST and Henry ST.- 09-Dec-2008 Lovely clean hotel, with modern interior in rooms, and a lovely feel throughout the hotel. Very helpful staff and an ideal location for walking to places of interest. 10/10.
