 Internet charges are too high!- 23-Jun-2009 not very clean, late service but nice pool and good location.- 23-Aug-2008 Cataract is quite an old hotel but the environment is very relaxing especially the big swimming pool they have. Staff are very friendly and cooperative. But they need to improve on ensuring the rooms are really clean and dust-free. Also, the AC (flexible to warm or cold temperature) should be available anytime of the year regardless of the season. Because customers have different preferences in terms of comfortability. The hotel is regarded as 5-star hotel and likewise, the facilities inside the room should show how a 5-star looks like. Overall, it's quite satisfying to stay in this place.- 01-Apr-2008 |
