The convention centre at the hotel is ideal for holding conventions and meetings. You can workout at the gymnasium, have a refreshing swim in the pool or relax in the outdoor solarium.
 The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is superb - definately something for everyone. Having read previous reviews about the location being a problem, we did not find this at all, if you want spectacular views then obviously the hotel needs to be in an elevated position, but it was still easy to walk to and if you don't fancy walking then the taxis are very cheap and readily available.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.- 01-Jun-2008 Further out from the city than I expected. Up a steep hill so no good for elderly or those with walking difficulties. As a single traveller, despite paying almost full room rate, I felt invisible - small dark room - ignored in the dining room - room not made up until I got back at 4pm - no apology.
A disappointing experience overall.- 29-Feb-2008 Thorughly enjoyed my stay. All staff, pleasant, efficient y courteous.
