Location
The Catalonia Emperador Trajano is a modern and functional hotel, located right in the historic and shopping centre of Seville and is just 500 metres from the Santa Justa Railway Station.
Rooms
All the 76 accommodation units are simply furnished, facilitated with modern amenities and come with a balcony that offers spectacular views.
Restaurant
You can dine at the onsite restaurant that serves a variety of delicacies and later relax at the cafe to spend your evening, munching some snacks or sip on your favourite drink.
General
The hotel features 3 well equipped meeting rooms to host meetings, conventions, seminars and banquets. In addition, spacious parking space is also available on the premises for your convenience.
 This hotel was unfortunately on a street which is currently undergoing road works. The entrance to the hotel was blocked up. It is not quite centrally located. You could walk to the Santa Cruz area (where the cathedral is) in 20 minutes or take a cab for around 5 euros. There were no metro stations nearby but there is a regular bus service. The streets around the hotel itself were unattractive.
The rooms were adequate in size. The bathrooms were clean and had good showers. There was no tea/coffee provided in the room. We booked a twin room (2 single beds) but was given a large double bed.
The breakfast buffet was a simple average spread.
The staff at the hotel could generally understand simple English and we had no trouble or hassle with any of them.
The décor at the reception and breakfast lounge was sort of shabby.
We had no trouble and slept comfortably but I probably won’t stay there again at least until the road works are completed. - 23-Nov-2006 A little bit out of the centre but only a 15 min walk into Cathedral area so not a problem at all, and there were some nice places to eat and drink very near by. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good.- 02-May-2006 Fine and clean Hotel, 10 minutes walk from the center. Service is good especially at the reception.
