 The apartment itself was fantastic BUT the communal areas of the building were appaling - filthy and totally the apartment down. A major minus was the fact that there was no lift but worse of all was the parking in Edinburgh - I have never been in anywhere that comes close to the lack of safe and legal parking as available (or not!) in Edinburgh. The first three NCP (or similar) carparks we tried were closed! It took us the best part of an hour just to find a safe place to leave the car and that was a good 20 minutes brisk walk away. I know this is hardly your fault but I feel you should know. If there is somewhere closer it would be useful if customers were informed. As I have said - the apartment was great but the staircase up to it was filthy and truly let it down. Despite these points we had a lovely few days in your beautiful city.- 10-Nov-2006 Lovely appartment in the centre of Edinburgh, perfect location for visiting the sights.
