Casal del Castro Hotel is located inside the urban centre of Comillas, 700 metres from the beach.

Rooms
With simple style of the XVIIth century and a cosy ambience, the hotel boasts 42 bedrooms that are well decorated and equipped with several modern amenities.

Restaurant
The onsite restaurant serves traditional dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in a warm and a welcoming ambience.

General
Casal del Castro also features a social lounge, terrace and garden areas. For guests who prefer their own modes of transportation, favourable parking space is available at the premises.

Exterior and grounds picturesque. Public areas spacious with antiques and paintings. Menu varied and food good. Staff very welcoming - English spoken in reception. Bedroom allocated was poor. In old part of hotel on 3rd floor - no lift /TV/Phone or aircon. Very much in need of refurbishment. Moved to 1st floor - room still shabby and no aircon but did have TV & 'phone - one night stay possibly affected allocation in high season. Rooms in new wing probably better. Family hotel - guests mainly Spanish families or retired people. Quiet situation close to village but probably 15 min walk to beach. Highlight of Comillas for us was the Gaudi house El Capricho.
