 The hotel staffs were so friendly and accommodating. Our booking was surprisingly upgraded from a two bed room to a single bed room at no extra charge. The only negative thing I can say is they have to increase the frequency of shuttle service from the hotel to ferry terminal and vise versa. - 28-Aug-2008 The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. - 21-Jul-2008 the staff are very accomodating, they automatically upgraded our room upon check in. The buffet breakfast is also good compared to other hotels of the same ranking. Will appreciate though if they could schedule more frequent shuttle bus service to and from the hotel and the ferry terminal.- 10-Jun-2008 |
