Situated 20 minutes from Seville on the way to Cordoba, this is a Renaissance palace transformed into a hotel that has retained the uniqueness and opulence of its roots. The hotel is an ideal setting to sample the life of a Spanish Aristocrat in Carmona, which is full of palaces, monasteries and churches.

 Hotel was very difficult to find, even with satnav, as the last sign for the hotel was missing. The roads are very narrow around the hotel so if you have a large car beware.
Otherwise the hotel has charm and character. The staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome. - 25-Jun-2008 This old palace has a romantic and aristocratic aura, but our bathroom was not well cleaned and the hotel lacks some basic facilities one would expect for 5 stars, e.g. bright reading lights, an attentive staff, and English cable TV channels. The price was "good" because we got a last-minute rate.- 13-Jan-2008 Fabulous hotel which I have visited on several occasions. Somehow you feel like you are the only guest there, it is so relaxing and peaceful. Excellent food and wonderful staff.
My aim is to visit the hotel and stay in a different room, which is uniquely decorated, on each visit to add to this special experience.
