 A bit too noisy during day and night as there are lots of scooters and public busses running nearby ! Location next to Place Massena and 10 min from Old Town and the Promenade des Anglais is great, though ! Breakfast is simple (French !). - 05-May-2008 I thought the Carlyna Hotel was a very nice hotel with pleasant attentive staff.
