Location
The Carlton hotel Antwerpen is situated in the city centre, overlooking the City Park. The Central Station and the main shopping street are just five minutes walking distance of the hotel. The world famous diamond district is just around the corner from the hotel and most of Antwerp's tourist attractions are close by.

The hotel has cosy guestrooms that are well furnished and equipped with modern amenities.
Restaurant
You can dine at the onsite restaurant that serves a variety of delicacies. The bar is an ideal place to unwind after a tiring day along with a fine drink.
General
Conference facilities are available for people travelling on business purposes. Hotel facilities further include fax, photocopying, and safe deposit box amongst others.
 A generally nice hotel with pleasant friendly staff. However, the area is somewhat run-down with lots of dirty back streets nearby and we felt a little unsafe walking around there in the evening. The hotel has a private carpark which you must pay for. The private "secure" carpark looks more like a bomb-site than a carpark and I really wouldn't class it as secure. Overall, the stay was quite acceptable and would be perfectly sufficient for a business person, as long as you don't mind partly demolished buildings and building sites as the view from your window. - 09-Apr-2007 |
