 Just over the canal from the train station. Be aware if you have heavy bags you need to get them over a large bridge. Hotel very clean and tidy. Not in the centre of Venice but everywhere is nice and close for walking- 31-Aug-2009 Our luggage were not delivered over 1/2 hour and had to go to front desk to ask again.
I asked for non-smoking room and the room did not smell so I am sure we got non-smoking room. However, we had such a bad smoke coming from adjacent rooms, we woke up a few times and had to open the windows to the air changed and could not sleep and the noise level from the street was bad and went on until almost 3:00AM in the morning.- 15-Nov-2007 This 4 star hotel is worth 3 stars.
