 We stayed at the hotel in July on a last minute break to Venice. Treviso itself is absolutely beautiful and we would go back again. The service at this hotel however was very poor, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. Hotel room walls are VERY thin sounds like people next door are actually in the room with you. Position is a long way from the centre and buses stop running at 8.30pm from Treviso centre. Breakfast also lacks variety. If staying in Treviso which is well worth a visit, pay the bit extra and stay at [other hotel] its slap bang in the middle of town and thats where we are going next time!- 12-Sep-2007 The air conditioning was barely felt. I tried speaking to the hotel staff but the staff told me it was centrally controlled so it wld affect everyone when the temperature is lowered or increased.
I spoke to fellow guests at the bus stop and they had similar complaints abt the air conditioning.
The room's furniture was bare minimum and old and the breakfast was really bad with nothing much to eat. This is more of a bed n breakfast rather than a proper hotel.- 29-Jul-2007 the hotel has two kinds of room. One recently refurbished on one side and the old rooms, in original state, deteriorated, on the other side. Luckily we stayed in the new rooms. The bathroom is Ok, a bit stinky but clean. Our room was standard, small but also clean.
For the price 45 euro. 2 pers, en 2 x breakfast, I cannot complain. We stayed only 1 night. Take the bus from Treviso airport to the hotel, bus 6 en bus 10 from the airport and station. Arriving later in the evening, at 20.00, we did not have a bus 10 connection anymore, so we took a taxi for 10 euro from the station to the hotel. It saves you money is you take the bus 6 to the station first and then the cab. If you take the cab to the hotel from the airport would cost you 20 euro. If you come on time to catch the buses 6 and 10 would cost you 1 euro for the whole trip. Buy enough bus tickets from the airport. On the bus they cost double.- 26-Jul-2007 |
