 In general, this hotel is OK. Rooms are clean, they have all kinds of facilities, especially sea-side entertainment is great, and cocktails - divine! But it is really overpriced, as probably all other hotels in Puerto Rico. In addition to already high room rate, they do their bests to charge you for almost everything: just a few examples include quite unfair parking fee (after significant "hotel guest" discount!), paid internet access from rooms, most items in TV menu (yes, not only newest and/or adult movies, but also recorded last week TV programs!), and ridiculous breakfast price. But, if you're ready to pay some extra for room comfort, on-site beach, pools and spa, do not take rental car for long time, and see no problems in accessing internet from hotel lobby and having breakfast in Subway next door, then this hotel might be a very good holiday option.
