Guest Reviews

It would be great to inform guest waiting for the shuttle to the hotel from the airport that the pickup point is on the groundfloor. The problem was that I arrived with the train and when following the signs to terminal 1 you arrive on the first floor and here I was then I called Carat Hotel and was told to wait outside B6 in terminal 1 - so I did for 2.5 hours until I realised that there are two B6 doors from terminal 1, i.e. one on the first floor and another on the ground floor and I was waiting at the wrong floor and therefore missing two shuttels - so please inform better and not assume that everybody knows what you think. Besides this, the shuttle is a great service! Best regards, Steen
