 My wife and I stayed at the Composol hotel from the 7th May -- 14th May 07 and had a lovely week there. For the price we paid and with the hotel offering full board, we expected a 2* dive, but we were pleasently surprised. The food we were given was certainly on par with some of the 3 and 4* hotels we have stayed in, the rooms basic but kept very clean. The musical evening entertainment was good, if you were Spanish, but what do you expect, with the hotel situated in the middle of the old town. The only downside to the hotel, was the pool, as it was always in the shade, and never got warm. That aside though, we would certainly stay at the Composol again, if we ever went again to Benidorm. - 18-May-2007 Food was pretty poor although plentiful. Room had to be changed due to lights not working due to loose wiring. Service was good and helpful friendly staff. More or less what I expected from a cheap short break.
