 Pros: In the center of the village. Right next to the beach and to the restaurants district. Kitchen well equipped (coffee machine, toaster, etc...). Direct access to the street. Cons: A/c is turned off at night. Can be noisy (which is further aggravated by a/c issue). No wi-fi.
Pretty good value for money overall. - 24-Sep-2007 When we first arrived at checkin it took 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us.
For 2 adults 2 children, we had a 1 bed apartment. It was adequate but small and needed decorating.
The hotel had 4 swimming pools.
The sun beds were unlocked at 8am. All the beds would go by 8.15. Then everyone would disappear for breakfast etc and the bed would sit in the sun with towels on until 11am unused, until the owner bothered to show up. The hotel staff didn't manage this at all. Guests would come to the pool at 9am and not get a bed although only 2 or 3 were actually in use and leave!
20ft across the road from the hotel is a sewerage building. The smell from this is very strong and disgusting.
Beach was small but lovely and very close (just past sewerage block) and had a shop, ice cream and food/drink available.
Many bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk and the marina 20 minutes walk. Lots of the bars have parrots to amuse the tourists, a bit sad.
