 I was diappointed that the Colonial Club has withdrawn it's membership program. The chance of an upgrade and 20% off of Food and Drinks purchased at the hotel was a great incentive to spend money at the Colonial Club. Instead we only had light snacks at the hotel rather than stay around for main meals.- 08-Nov-2007 The room was old but ok. The one of the restaurantīs was like a cafeteria. But the other one was much better. But the price was higher, but ok. We were on two tours. On the reef, very good. And in Kuranda with train and home with sky rail. So the tour office on the hotel was very good. We arrived about 0.00. They picked us up in the airport and transported us back. The was also a bus who drived into the city every hour. So we were very satisfied.- 07-Sep-2005 Very service minded. The street of the hotel is not very nice, but you will forget this immediately when you are in the lobby of the hotel.
