 A good location but the rooms are bit tired and definitely need some renovation. Staff were mostly helpful but made it very hard to get any guest parking in the hotel without alot of pushing which was disappointing. - 23-Jun-2008 The location is great and that is probably the only attraction. I find the price and service to be average only because its location. Otherwise the hotel transfer was pricy. The complimentary breakfast was not included as part of the package and I was only made known during the checkout, the breakfast was rather bad and the range was limited for the price that I had to pay. The Jap restaurant in the hotel offerred really fantastic food for price much less than that.
PS: can't remember if there was a thank you card but I did receive the welcome gift from DFS - 02-Jan-2007 The rooms badly need renovation. Due to shortage of rooms, I was upgraded to a suite but found it looking rather outdated , and that the plumbing in the tielets was faulty. Not having safes in each room is a big disadvantage. However, special mention must be made of the excellent service especially from the concierge, as well as the great location of the hotel - 15-Nov-2006 |
