 A beautiful old style hotel with friendly staff and a great dining room and pub attached. Down side was that we must have had THE smallest room in the hotel. There was just enough room to get past the foot of the bed. The hotel wall are paper thin too so we could hear the person in the next room snoring. I believe the other rooms in the hotel are better though. Very expensive (at the equivalent of about A$320 a night) for that room. Would stay there again though but make sure I had a different room.- 13-Nov-2008 Great location and lovely hotel but pricy for what you get.- 18-Sep-2008 The location is very good and convenient. The staff are friendly. But most of rooms don't have bathtub, shower only, it's a very disappointing! I think a room with bathtub and shower is standard for the category of this hotel. The bathroom (single room) is very small and the door can be half opened. So that I think the room charge is very expensive. While I stayed for three days, a clean staff's footprint left in the bathroom on a certain day and I felt uncleanliness. Besides, I doubt that the staff whether the shower room cleaned or not.
