 Our flights delayed and we checked in late, and we had tight schedule in this weekend trip. No time to use the facilities. The reception staff were friendly but upon check-in one receptionist didn''t seem to understand the written English on the confirmation paper I brought. He said like our bill hadn''t been settled yet, so I read the paper for him in English then spoke in Japanese. he wasn''t rude or anything but it took us 15 minutes untill I persuade him to contact you and confirm the hotel charge had been paid with our credit card. We were tired after the long waiting in Nagoya airport and wanted to enter the room soon, so it was the only inconvenience that we felt.- 07-Sep-2005 |
