We had an amazing experience during our Christmas vacation at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds and a stunning view. The service at the pools was exceptional, and we enjoyed spending time there, especially in the outside pools. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options every day. We also loved the in-room office space and Mac computer, as well as the tea and coffee machine provided. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. we felt like VIPs and were treated like royalty throughout our stay.

While our experience was mostly positive, there were a few drawbacks. Our room wasn't ready until late in the afternoon, and there were missing amenities for our entire family.

The aquarium view made the Al Mahara restaurant very unique. Our luxurious room had a butler who provided excellent service, a deep bathtub, and Hermes bathroom fragrances. Breakfast was vast with attentive service. The infinity pool area provided comfy beds, and the staff delivered fruits and ice cream. We also utilized the Rolls Royce transfer with a music menu, which added to our luxurious experience.
