 The hotel staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them the hotels facilities were very good, we stayed for four nights over the easter period as a group of 21 and had a great time so much so that we are looking to return again at the end of June the hotels location was excellent just 15 minutes from the airport, Bunratty is a great location for visiting the sights of county Clare - 29-Mar-2008 Stay away from here . Run down even by Irish standards. Stay in hotel across the road called the Bunratty hotel. Staff were even embarrased by the state of the place. Some rooms had no hot water. We were upgraded to a suite free of charge because no non smoking room were still available.
Fantastic breakfast.
Very nice location. Spa and jacuzzi were the cherry on the cake.
