 The people working at the desk were often difficult to work with and did not seem very flexible or interested in helping us with different issues. The billing process at the hotel was also complicated once we got there and again the customer service was not incredibly fantastic. The inside of the rooms were also not incredibly nice. We had expected something a little newer and nicer inside.- 26-Aug-2008 Although the hotel is very old, floors creek the location is fantastic and the staff lovely, friendly and very helpful,breakfast huge!
