 Great hotel, a little old but still very comfortable. Service was great. However, the location can be a little hard to find. Its tucked away close to the city but you will still need a metro to get into the city. The metro is less than 100meters away so thats perfect. I would come back again.- 25-Sep-2009 The room is not what we have expected from the pictures we have seen on the website. There was a mosquito in the room. The bathtub was discoloured. It was so hard to open the door especially when you were holding so many bags. - 30-Dec-2008 The reception was very unprofessional, one of them didnt know how to speak English at all and he kept an unpleasant giggles while serving us. He gave us the wrong key which led us to an already occupied room. ANother waste of time.
The room is good sized but very basic. Some of the light fitings does not work, so did the TV. I rang the front desk 4 times to come in to fix but no actions. The water in the toilet kept leaking after flushing, flooding the floor. There was also cockroaches. The air conditioning kept making noises the whole night. The linens didnt look clean, with visible strands of long hair left around. Overall the interior is run down and needs upgrading. The food was pretty good and tasty but not sure about the cleanliness.
