 The Borgo Il Melone was an enchanting hotel. The grounds were immaculate. A family owned hotel recently restored to it's 1800's original look, with expansive grounds, an on site restaurant and tavern. The staff was friendly and happy to accomodate all my requests. I took advantage of the off season special and was greeted with champagne and a snack upon my parties' arrival. A bottle of wine was in my room the next day. I'll stay again when I return.
