 The first room we were put in was so damp that we asked to be moved but the only other option was even worse.. They finally moved us the next day but this was barely any better. Very poor value for money. The staff were, however, very friendly and did try...- 18-Mar-2009 This hotel is overrated. Should be a 2 star hotel. Hotel doesn't have an elevator or heat. First room had a gap on top of and several cracks on the room door. The cold, noise and cigarette smoke from lobby comes through the door. No bath tub or hair dryer in the room as advertised. After complaining and spending 1 night in that room, they changed our room. In the new room, 1 of the window glass was missing. They just taped a trash bag with tape over it. The cold still came inside the room, it was very cold. I catched a cold because of the cold. This batroom did have a tub, but no shower curtain. Despite of the very good service in this hotel, this hotel is not recommended when you are travelling with kids.
