This was a great hotel. It was exactly what I thought a Japanese hotel would be like. We had two rooms (my wife and me, my two kids). The price was decent, even for Japan, which can be more expensive. The rooms were clean, neat and comfortable. Yes, they were smaller, but not too small. The bathrooms were tiny but well laid out and easy to use. The staff was great. They spoke just enough English to help us with our queries. It's location is perfect. It's right next to the big temple complex in Asakusa and very close to lots of the shopping areas and the subway. My whole family enjoyed our three days here.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Asakusa, Tokyo, Japn.- 09-Oct-2009 A bit pricey for us, but pretty good for Tokyo. Very clean nice room. Had a great view of the temple. Only issue was when we booked an extra night they couldn't keep us in the same room. Bit annoying, but nothing major. Not too far from subway.- 29-Jun-2009 We had a triple room which was actually very big...three separate beds and a sofa with a table and 2 armchairs. The hotel is situated near the train station, so no problem with carrying heavy suitcases. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Tokyo. - 15-Apr-2009 |
