 A fairly decent Hotel spoilt by the attitude of the staff, or is it that they just don't like the English? Only time you got a half smile from them, and they understood what you said, was when you spoke the magic phrase: 'keep the change'
Was told on checking in that there was no car park and I would have to find somewhere on the narrow streets surrounding the Hotel to park the hire car. Found out later that the was indeed a small car park underneath the Hotel, but they liked to keep it for their Spanish guests. Not made to feel welcome at all, a pity because it is such a lovely Island.- 27-Sep-2007 When we first arrivd we were given a tiny twin room - we'd ordered a double...we were moved to a bigger double room the next day though so all in all an excellent stay. Only down side was that the hotel is situated on a steep hill...I lost weight after my holiday! Excellent.- 01-Aug-2007 |
