 On arrival I received a freindly welcome, however this did not last. The room was in need of decoration and repair, the sliding ensuite door was falling off its brackets, lights did not work, floor seperators bent, TV had bad reception on all channels and did not receive all the channels advertised. The heating was not on on arrival so the room was not warm until 8pm. I telephoned for room service for dinner and was informed that chef was not doing room service that evening, I had to plead with them just to get a sandwich. So much for a cosy night in to watch x factor finals.- 17-Dec-2008 Nice hotel and would stay there again.
