Had a great time during our Christmas stay! Loved the beautiful pool and the variety of choices for breakfast. The beach was so relaxing and the sand was soft and comfortable to walk on. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner at The Terrace, especially the Spicy Ayam Suwir and Chicken Satay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Eggy at the activities counter who patiently answered all our questions and suggested the best activities for us.

There were a few areas for improvement. The room amenities were a bit outdated and could use some modernization.

The location of the restaurants is convenient, with Rice Restaurant offering a variety of dishes and Mangia Italian Restaurant serving delicious pasta. There are plenty of activities near the sea, like jet skiing and snorkeling, keeping guests entertained. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly, providing excellent service.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired.

The private beach was beautiful with breathtaking ocean views. The resort had clean facilities and friendly staff, offering a delightful experience. The location was convenient with its own port and immigration office walking distance from the hotel.

The restaurants were expensive, and the food could be more reasonably priced. Some of the rooms were basic and in need of updating, which detracted from the overall experience.

Nice place to relax with easy immigration and ferry trip from Singapore. Great pools and environment to hang about. Clean beach and grassy hill with windy top view. Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent hospitality, clear explanation and timely action. Lost item returned promptly. Lovely amenities.

I had a perfect weekend getaway at a resort that was designed to make kids and parents very happy. The recently renovated rooms were spacious and the big sofa bed was perfect for my nephews. We enjoyed delicious food at reasonable prices, and the beach and pool were fabulous. The entire experience was amazing.

We recently had a luxurious stay at this hotel. Service was exceptional and the exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations. The swimming pool was a highlight, with plentiful sun loungers and exceptional views. The rooms were spacious, with a spectacular view from our balcony. The private facilities were top-notch and added to our experience.

The only minor issue we encountered was the food and drinks being slightly overpriced. While the quality was outstanding, we would have liked more affordable options.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was good and the food tasted delicious. The room area was quiet and quaint. The resort offered lots of free activities to keep the kids busy, including an indoor jungle gym and water slides. The kids club also provided activities like archery and bracelet making. The day bed in the sea facing room easily accommodated our two kids. The resort had two public pools, but we preferred the pool side with its mind-blowing view. The restaurant called The Terrace had awesome food and excellent service, and they even had free dart games. We also recommend Haskel, a restaurant with an amazing view of the golf range. Lastly, we were thrilled to find a room with a bathtub at such a reasonable price.

enjoyed my stay at Bintan Lagoon Resort in Lagoi. The pool was lovely, staff were kind and helpful, and the activities for kids were a hit. The sea facing room and balcony were a bonus. Great value for money!
