 Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Room service breakfast was cold and there were no condiments i.e. salt pepper etc.
We had to disconnect smoke alarm as it was beeping due to a flat battery and even though this was reported it was not rectified during our stay.- 05-Apr-2008 The staff are very friendly, the full breakfast option is great, and the idea of being able to chose different take-way places and get it delivered all to be charged at the
departing day is a excellect idea.
