The rooms are clean and aircon but very small and we wonder how taller people can manage in such a small shower. Brekfast is served in a small room in the Basement with many people at the time when we were there. A lot of hectic and loud. Rather go to a different breabfast restaurant in this area.- 31-Jul-2009 We chose the hotel because of its proximity to Paddington Station and Bayswater Road. It is well located. The hotel itself is a bit of a rabbit warren with rooms on the same floor in various places and on slightly different levels. Because of the size of the room and the size of the bed, the feeling was that the room was overstuffed. A light was needed over the writing table. The large TV screen was good - but we did not use it at all. It added to the overstuffed feeling. We had a problem with a damaged suitcase - the maintenance supervisor was extremely helpful in assisting to rectify the damage. The free internet access was a bonus, but there should be a time limit on a session - one user persisted in looking a rubbish sites for 45 minutes even though it was obvious I was waiting to use the computer. I eventually gave up. - 02-Jun-2009 Lovely looking hotel, and the room was very nice, but very small.- 18-Jul-2007 |
