 Rothaus may be a good option if you get a good deal as I got from this site. The location is good, just 10 mins walk from the main train station and 4-5 mins from the chapel bridge. The rooms are average size but we got a very small one at the end on the second floor (No. 236 - avoid this if u can). There was a very small shower and toilet and the basin weirdly was outside in the room. It seemed like it was created out of some leftover space. But I managed to peek at some other rooms (while cleaning was being done) and some of them looked quite ok. Probably the price for these might be on the higher side; not sure. The street facing rooms can be a bit noisy for those who like serene atmosphere at night, but for us it was fine. The hotel was basically clean and the staff was nice and helpful.
They had a facility to leave the luggage in the hotel on the checkout day which was very helpful for us since our flight was late in the evening.- 17-Aug-2007 The staff were very helpful and the dining room provided a range of good meals .. we weer happy to dine there.
