 Staff were lovely and could not do enough, the only thing is for the price of the room, there was not much space in it, bathroom got flooded. overall new york was a nice place to visit but i dont think i would stay in the best westeren again !!! - 20-Apr-2008 Good location but rooms quite small and poorly furnished. Facilities rather limited relative to price - wifi network only available in lobby which has no powerpoints.
