We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect - right by the theatre district and with Chinatown just across the road. There's even a small café next door to grab breakfast. The staff were so friendly and provided great service, serving us Champagne as a welcome drink. Our room had plenty of amenities including free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar and ironing facilities. Plus, the bed was really comfortable for a good night's sleep.

Although we loved our stay here, we should have realized to request a room with a more spacious bathroom. The sink was uncomfortably close to the toilet.

My partner and I stayed at a hotel near the heart of the city and it was perfect for exploring. The room was cozy and we had a great view of the city. The staff went above and beyond and even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.

The pillows were not very comfortable, but the staff was quick to provide us with better ones upon request. The bathroom could benefit from adding a luminous strip to avoid any accidents in the dark.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, close to the underground and in a great area. The room was clean and had a lovely shower.

The initial room was very small, but the reception staff were kind enough to move us to a bigger one. However, the bed had two singles joined together, and one was slightly higher than the other.
