 It would have been useful to have known prior to booking that barely anyone in the hotel could speak english. One receptionist did, but she was only on duty briefly during our four night stay.
Also we were allocated a room with a knowingly defective tv. On another occasion my wife requested an item that should have been available free to customers (according to facilities book in room). This was challenged by the receptionist.- 26-Aug-2007 |
