 The room provided to us was very small especially when we booked for 2 adults + 1 child. The extra cot (not a baby cot!) offered to us filled the entire remaining space in the room and so we asked the staff to take it away...although we paid for it. Otherwise, the reception staff is friendly & speak English. Close to the Metro station.
