 We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The facilities were good, staff friendly and location convenient to exploring Chester.- 08-Nov-2008 The restaurant was fully booked so we had to go out for a meal. We were offered a bar meal or room service but didn't want either.
The pool was cold. There seemed to be a lack of staff at bars and reception although when there they were extremely polite and well trained. Very well located for Chester Zoo which is where we went the day after our stay. Good 3* hotel. Room was okay but old. Had seperate area with bunk beds for kids which was good.
