 This is at best a three star hotel , no kettle in the room, shower was not wokring for two days until finally a new room was available . Towels were not changed and they were looking like somebody used them to clean a coffee splill. Receprion staff was most unhelpfull with one exception only. The only bright side was the location which is perfect. - 19-Sep-2009 This hotel was in an excellent location for a sight seeing break.- 24-Oct-2008 My daughter stayed at this hotel & had a problem with booking the return train journey to Calais. The hotel staff were very helpful & sorted the problem out for her. If they had not done this then she would have had to have gone to the British Embassy for help - thank you hotel & full marks for your help & customer service- 16-Jul-2008 |
