Hotel badly in need of renovation. The 1st room we were given was very bleak & the bathroom was ancient & grimy looking. We requested a room change & were given a reasonable room. - 10-Sep-2007 This is a decent hotel, it is the best overall among the three hotels we stayed during our vacation in UK. Actually the other best western we stayed in Europe was at Nice couple years ago and it was also pretty good. It is relatively bigger and with better facilities compare to other hotels at the same price range. I think i will stick to Best Western next time for my trip to Europe.- 13-Jul-2007 I gave the facilities a poor rating because they are in the process of doing some remodeling which is creating problems such as one lift not working, painting in the hallways, rooms missing items (TV remote controls) and toilets not working properly. - 29-Apr-2007 |
