 In overall the hotel is good, it's very close to any Disney Theme Park and the Bus service is very punctual. The Cleanliness have some room for improvement but it's not bad and when we called the housekeeping service it attended our need inmediatley. - 17-Oct-2008 Reception helpful but unable to fullfil their promises.
Asked for bath plug to be fixed twice - results - shower less effective and plug still faulty.
Good location for eating out. (none Disney)
Got hit for extra $7 / day for 'free' disney transport!- 05-Dec-2007 Check-in was quick and they provided a roll-away bed within minutes. Breakfast buffet was good and price was reasonable. We didn't eat in the restaurant otherwise because it was soo cold (airconditioned). We ordered food in the Cafe ( Pizzahut pizzas, burgers etc.) and took it to our room. Bus service to Disney works well and is not crowded this time of year. 4 minutes walk to Crossroad shopping and restaurants. A very nice stay and a nice location.- 20-Oct-2007 |
