 The bathroom was nice - newly fitted and modern but extremely small. When sitting on the WC your knees hang over the shower tray! The room itself was quite old and dingy. There were holes in the curtains and the carpet and furniture were worn. Free WiFi is advertised on the web but you need to ask at reception for a code to access every 24 hours this which is not explained in the room information. There was no room safe, tea making facilities or air conditioning. The stairways were dingy too but the public areas were better.
The staff were helpful. The location was excellent, directly opposite the railway station. Overall not very good value for money- 02-Jun-2009 Best Western International Hotel Luxembourg- is very good hotel, very nice and helpful personnel. Rooms are big, clean and very nice.
